Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2025

1. Return and Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:

A2 Milk & Other Fresh Dairy Products
- Must be reported for return within 24 hours from the date of purchase/delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging and should not be tampered with or consumed beyond a reasonable quantity.
- Refunds will be issued only if the product is found to be spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.

Ghee and Other Non-Perishable Dairy Products
- Can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns or refunds will not be provided for opened or used products, or those not stored as per recommended conditions.

2. Refund Process
- Customers must contact us through the mobile application or our customer support team within the specified return period.
- Proof of damage or quality concerns, such as images or video evidence, may be required.
- Once approved, refunds or replacements will be initiated as per the customer's preference.

3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a store credit or direct bank transfer, as applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:- If the request is made after the return period has expired.
- If the product has been consumed or improperly stored.
- If the product was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer (unless damaged or defective).
